Grilled Peach Heaven

Quantity: 6 peaches



1 tub WildWestLand Cream Passionel Sweet Pepper

6 peach halves in syrup (If fresh peaches are available, go for it.)

2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted

2 tbsp basil leaves, chopped



Pat the peach halves dry with kitchen paper.


Heat a grill pan or frying pan until very hot.

Fry the peaches briefly until they start to color.


Place the peaches on a plate, cut side up.

Divide the WildWestLand Cream Passionel Sweet Pepper over the peaches.

Sprinkle with the almond shavings and chopped basil.
