Comfort couscous with endive, pear, raisins, and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 portions:
1 package of WildWestLand Melt Me Smoky
Vegan frozen pizzas from Albert Heijn
300 gr cherry tomatoes, sliced
175 gr mini bell peppers, sliced
100 gr sliced black olives
3 tbsp pine nuts
85 gr rocket
100 gr green asparagus tips, sliced
Handful of fresh thyme
Handful of fresh basil
Bunch of spring onion

Preparation:
Prepare the couscous as indicated on the packaging and let it cool (reserve a small amount of cooking liquid). In a bowl, combine the Garlic & Herb Affair with a tablespoon of cooking liquid and whisk until smooth. Mix the couscous, Garlic & Herb Affair mixture, endive, pear, raisins, walnuts, spring onions, and parsley together. Stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
