Puff Pastry Christmas Tree

This Puff Pastry Christmas Tree will guarantee a jolly good time. 🌲 And you can make it in the blink of an eye, which means plenty of time to drink mulled wine and sing along to Christmas hits. πŸŽ…

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 pack WildWestLand Melt Me Chili
2 rolled sheets of puff pastry
Half a jar of red pesto
1 tbsp oat milk
Some red currants
Some sprigs of rosemary

Preparation:

πŸ‘‰ Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
πŸ‘‰ Cut the Melt Me Chili into small pieces.
πŸ‘‰ Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray.
πŸ‘‰ Spread red pesto on it and add the Melt Me Chili.
πŸ‘‰ Add the second layer of puff pastry and press gently.
πŸ‘‰ Cut a Christmas tree shape out of te puff pastry. Save the leftovers!
πŸ‘‰ Cut the tree, besides the tip and the β€˜tree trunk’ towards the middle. Leave a little room.
πŸ‘‰ Now your tree has branches! Twist them carefully, cheese twister style.
πŸ‘‰ Put some oat milk on the puff pastry.
πŸ‘‰ Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until your tree starts to get golden brown.
πŸ‘‰ Decorate with red currants and rosemary to make it extra Christmassy.
πŸ‘‰ Take a picture of your masterpiece, because it won’t last long.
